Research-Use-Only Products
All products sold by Mountain Peak are strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis, and educational purposes only. They are not for human consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. Because of the nature of these materials, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund or replacement may be granted if the product arrives damaged, is materially different from the order description, or if there is a documented quality-control issue. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, opened vials or products that have left controlled storage conditions are not eligible for return. Bulk or custom-synthesis orders may carry additional restrictions.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@mountainpeak.io with your order number, batch ID, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
