Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3PM Mountain Time on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, dispatch the next business day. Every shipment includes tracking, sent to the email on the order.

Methods

• Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days — $9.99
• Express Shipping — 1–2 business days — $24.99
• Overnight — Next business day — $49.99

Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more (after discounts). Express and overnight remain paid at all order values.

Coverage

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally, to freight forwarders, or to P.O. boxes for express and overnight services.

Packaging

Compounds ship lyophilised in sealed glass vials, protected and cold-packed where appropriate. Discreet outer packaging carries no product description.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, contact support@mountainpeak.io with your order number. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.
